ACI 365's Terms & Conditions — Complete Guide

1 General Terms

ACI 365 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "us") is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting and gaming platform. By accessing and using the website https://aci365.im, you (hereinafter referred to as the "user" or "member") legally agree to these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions are written in Bengali for the convenience of our Bangladeshi members. However, in the event of a legal dispute, the English version shall be considered the final authority. ACI 365 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.

2 Account Registration & Verification

To open an account with ACI 365, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with incorrect or false details is considered a violation of our terms and may result in account termination.

Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and the balances may be forfeited.

• You must provide your correct name, mobile number, and date of birth at the time of registration.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be required for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• KYC must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

At least one deposit via the same payment method is required before making a withdrawal. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes, though delays may occur during the verification process.

• Maximum daily withdrawal limit: ৳1,00,000 (higher for verified accounts)
• The withdrawal payment method must match the deposit payment method.

4 Betting Rules & Terms

All bets placed on ACI 365 are final once accepted and cannot be cancelled. Please verify all details before submitting your bet. Once confirmed, neither the stake nor the selection can be changed.

Odds in live betting change in real time. If a bet is accepted at an incorrect price due to a technical error, ACI 365 reserves the right to void that bet.

• Min Bet: ৳100 | Max Bet: ৳5,00,000 (subject to change by market)
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets are generally voided and stakes are refunded.
• If any leg of an accumulator bet is voided, that leg will be removed and the remaining legs will be settled accordingly.
• Official sources are the final authority on scores and match results.
• The cash-out feature is not available in all markets and is subject to conditions.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

ACI 365 bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms. Each offer has its own wagering requirements, validity period, and eligibility criteria.

The welcome bonus is available to new members only and is awarded on the first deposit. The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly and will remain separate until the wagering requirements are met.

• Standard wagering requirement: 10–30x the bonus amount (varies by offer).
• Bonus claims cannot be made from multiple accounts while a bonus is active.

6 Prohibited Activities

• Match fixing or any form of fraudulent betting.
• Placing bets using software or bots.
• Accessing another user's account or any form of hacking.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Harassing or threatening any ACI 365 staff member.
• Exploiting technical glitches or errors on the platform.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

You can request to close your account at any time through ACI 365 customer support. Any pending withdrawals must be completed before the account is closed.

ACI 365 may suspend or close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification.
• Suspicious transactions or betting patterns.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the direction of a regulatory authority.

8 Limitation of Liability

ACI 365 always strives to maintain uninterrupted service; however, temporary disruptions may occur due to technical issues or external circumstances. ACI 365's liability in such cases is limited.

• ACI 365 is not responsible for bet cancellations resulting from internet connection issues.
• ACI 365 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• ACI 365 reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to technical errors.
• No compensation is applicable if services are disrupted due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or cyberattacks.
